We offer web design, landing page development, CRO optimization, advertising creative production, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project is outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or service agreement.
3. Payments & Billing
All projects require an upfront payment or deposit as specified in the proposal. Ongoing or subscription-based growth packages are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated (e.g., 30-day guarantee when applicable). Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and materials. Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes. Review and approve deliverables promptly. Failure to do so may delay project timelines.
5. Revisions
Each service includes revisions as stated in the proposal. Unlimited revisions (for growth packages) apply only to the scope of work defined within the package.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
We may terminate service in cases of non-payment or violation of these Terms. Clients may cancel ongoing packages with written notice according to the terms of the subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the client's local jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.
